Square-wave polarographic-determination of lead(II) and zinc(II) in vinyl-acetate

Abstract: In this paper the method of treatment of vinyl acetate with respect to  subsequent determination of Pb(II) and Zn(II) by the method of square-wave polarography is described. The determinations were evaluated by the method of standard additions. The determined concentrations in vinyl acetate are: q(Pb) .= (33.6 ± 3.6) ng cm^-3 and q(Zn) = (20.7 ± 5.5) ng cm^-3.
