Influences acting on the distribution of spectrochemical results

Abstract: On the basis of the study of exptl. detd. distributions of logarithms of anal. spectral line intensity and ref. spectral line intensity nearly gaussian distribution of the differences (ΔY) was obtained in spite of nonnormal but similar distributions of both original values. As a consequence a lognormal distribution of concn. values detd. spectrochem. by using an internal ref. element is obtained.
