Synthesis of substituted Furo[2 ',3 ': 4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines

Abstract: 2,3-Dimethylfuro[3,2-b]pyrrole-2-carbohydrazide was used in the synthesis of 2,3-dimethyl-7H-furo[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazin-1-ones. These compounds with phosphorus(V) sulfide afforded 2,3-dimethylfuro[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazin-1-thiones, which with hydrazine hydrate yielded 8-hydrazono-2,3-dimethylfuro [2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d] [1,2,4]triazines. By their reactions with orthoesters dimethylfuro[2',3':4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines were obtained.
