Abstract: Temperature effect on the S—T0 transitions in the radical pairs is studied. From the derived equations it follows that the temperature effect significantly influences an oscillation of the radical pair spin state between singlet and triplet. The effect of spin polarization component and relaxation process due to Brownian rotational diffusion of radical pair is examined. The rotational relaxation process may affect the decay rate of spin polarization by providing an alternate means of orienting magnetic dipoles of radical pair components.
