Thermodynamic proof of the existence of compounds in the phase diagrams of systems without solid solutions. III. The system  CaF₂—AlF₃

Abstract: The thermodn. anal. indicates that in the system CaF₂-AlF₃ the nearest neighbor of CaF₂ is the compd. 3CaF₂.2AlF₃ the existence of which has not been exptl. confirmed yet. The published exptl. data on the system CaF₂-AlF₃ do not contradict this forecast.
