Abstract: A device for drop-time control in oscillographic polarography, designed on the electrodynamic principle, is described. The drops can be released with a frequency of up to hundreds of cycles/sec. This system can work either as a standard drop-time control or as a vibrating electrode. It is noiseless and possesses small dimensions. As an example, 2 oscillograms are given, detd. from 5 × 10-4M soln. of cytidylic acid in the supporting electrolyte of 0.3M NH4CHO2 with phosphate buffer of 5.6.
