pH chromatography of antibiotics. IV. Amphoteric antibiotics

Abstract: pH chromatograms of amphoteric antibiotics, such as chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, tetracycline, and nystatin, with BuOH satd. with H2O as a solvent, and of cycloserine with anhyd. MeOH as solvent, are described. The relation between the max. Rf and isoelec. point was discussed.
