Abstract: A hot soln. contg. 10-40 mg. SO₄^-- is treated with excess BaCl₂. The ppt. is centrifuged, and dissolved in 50 ml. of ammoniacal EDTA. Ba⁺⁺ is detd. flame-photometrically.
