Improved arrangement of electrodes in oscillographic determination on filter paper

Abstract: An oscillopolarographic method for the detection of activity on filter paper is described. The unpolarizable Pt electrode is connected by an agar bridge to the filter paper. The reactivity of Zn⁺⁺ and of some indole derivs. at the Cu amalgam electrode in ammonia buffer as supporting electrode was studied. An application of stationary polarizable electrodes is given.
