Chromatographic determination of the fatty acids C2-C22 in dairy products from one weighing

Abstract: By a suitable combination of column and paper chromatography, the sepn. and quant. detn. of free fatty acids C2-C22 from 1 weighing are described. This method was applied for identification of the fatty acids formed on aging various kinds of cheese.
