The determination of total sodium in sulfate liquors by the flame photometer

Abstract: cf. C.A. 50, 7662i. A rapid method for detg. total Na in sulfate liquors by the flame photometer is described. The results are good. It was found that the small amts. of K and Ca, in sulfate liquors, have no appreciable effect on the accuracy of Na detn. by the flame photometer.
