Determination of vitamin C in colored solutions

Abstract: The Bessey's method (C.A. 33, 1005.8) requires correction. Chom´utov´a's method was modified and with the mixt. of Na₂C₂O₄ and (CH₃COO)₂Pb in the presence of vegetable anthocyanine and carotenoid dyes good results were obtained.
