Phase equilibrium of the indium-indium phosphide system

Abstract:  The system In—InP was measured in the temperature range 611— 654°C using the technique of differential thermal analysis. By means of long-lasting annealing at 730°C a complete homogenization of the melt was accomplished. The compositions of the samples were corrected with respect to the loss of phosphorus on ignition.
