Chromatographic separation of 17-hydroxy corticoids on calcium sulfate column

Abstract: A method for sepn. of biol. active 17-hydroxy corticoids (17-hydroxydeoxy corticosterone, cortisone, and cortisol) by column chromatography using lab. prepd. CaSO4 was described. It was possible to obtain a 90-6% recovery and apply it for the analysis of urine exts.
