Determination of the detection and [purity] guarantee limits in emission spectrochemical analysis

Abstract: The present work is dealing with the calculation process of the detection limits and the limits of the guarantee of purity as well as with the detectibility and precision in emission spectroscopy using the function ΔY = f(C_x). A detailed algorithm is suggested with respect to the reference element method as a basis. The theoretical treatment is demonstrated on a practical example.
