Rapid determination of inorganic components in organic material

Abstract: The detn. of Cl, Br, S, P, and As in org. material is carried out by fusion with mixts. of NaOH, Na₂CO₃, and Na₂O₂, with the addn. of CaO or MgO (for P), leaching with H₂O, acidification of the soln. with HNO₃ or HCl, and finishing by conventional methods.
