The determination of radioyttrium in biological material

Abstract: After adding carriers La, Y, and Zr hydroxides are sepd. Zr is pptd. as the iodate and the rare earth elements are sepd. as cerites and yttrites with 50% K₂CO₃ soln. Y is sepd. as a chelate complex by ion exchange. Eu and Y were sepd. as an example of a sepn. of Y from a mixt. of fission products.
