Intramolecular bridge in pyrocatechol and hydroquinone

Abstract: Mol. compds. of dihydroxybenzenes with monohydric alcs. have been found by osmosis through a rush membrane, showing that there is an intramol. H bridge in pyrocatechol and hydroquinone.
